Every lot is always for sale. The price starts at 20,000 $MIND and rises 10,000 with each sale. If someone takes over your lot, you get back what you paid plus half of the increase.

Land sales open when $MIND launches on Pons.

Land is an in-game item for your resident. Payments are final. A first sale burns 50% and sends 50% to the Mindvale treasury. On a take-over the previous owner gets back what they paid plus half of the increase, and the burn and the treasury split the rest. If someone takes over your lot, their transfer pays you back automatically. This is not an investment.
